Make payment by clicking on the Make Payment icon on the agreement. (1-2 minutes)

Print 2 copies of the agreement by clicking on the Print Agreement icon on the agreement.

Sign 2 copies of the agreement. (Initial the first page in the bottom margin.)

Print 2 copies of the Packing Slip and fill them out. (<1 minute)

Download the Excel file: Artist/Group Copy Spreadsheet and fill it out (15 minutes)

Make 4 copies of an audio CD-R (NOT data CD-R) with uncompressed audio Wav files (Wav files are what are typically on a CD)

Make (Rip) 2 copies of your album as MP3s encoded at 320 kbps. If you do not include these 2 copies, we will create them for you for a fee of €5.00

Place signed agreements, 1 copy of your audio CD-R and both copies of your MP3’s along with one packing sheet in a padded envelope.

Send regular air mail - not UPS - or any other type of delivery to:

Place (no agreements), 3 remaining copies of your audio CD-R along with one packing sheet in a padded envelope.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CD'S TO THE ORCHARD BEFORE SENDING US YOUR "ARTIST/GROUP COPY" SPREADSHEET.

Create Album Artwork: TIF file, 300 DPI (1500x1500 pixels), CMYK. No color masks/filters or crop/fold marks

Create artist/group photo: jpg (at least 440X440 pixels) of the artist/group

E-mail the Label Copy Spreadsheet, the .tif file of the album art work and the .jpg picture of the artist/band to labelmanager@turmicrecords.com

**YOUR RELEASE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL WE GET ALL COMPONENTS.**
(If you don’t have an artist/group picture, you can send that at a later date and it will not effect the processing time)

MARKETING INFO: In order to really help market, promote and sell your music, please send us a one-sheet. If you don’t have this, a brief description of the artist and release, full length bios, significant radio airplay, past sales, reviews, upcoming tour plans, etc. will suffice.

Note: Once we have received all assets (CDs, album artwork, complete label copy) for each album or release, it will take approximately 10-12 weeks for the various digital music services (DMS) to activate your music on their storefronts.
